Anthony Eyre, trading as “Mount Orleans Press” (hereafter referred to as MOP) is committed to publishing well-written, good quality books. MOP books are available direct from Anthony Eyre and from all good booksellers in the UK. If you have any suggestions or comments please do contact me.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
The website accepts payment via PayPal, from credit and debit cards and by BACS transfers. This allows PayPal members the convenience of using their existing accounts to make purchases on the MOP website. Non-members are also able to use the PayPal system to make credit and debit card payments without being registered for PayPal. Just follow the instructions by clicking on the “Don’t have a PayPal account link” to complete payment as a PayPal guest. Once you have completed your payment details on PayPal, your order is confirmed and you will be presented with a confirmation page. A confirmation email from both PayPal and Anthony Eyre should be received shortly after.
Shipping and Handling
A delivery fee is calculated to cover the cost of postage and packaging.
Delivery Schedule
I aim to process your order immediately. Any orders made through the Anthony Eyre website are dispatched as soon as possible. An approximate delivery time within the UK is 3 – 7 business days for most orders. If you have any questions about a delivery please email or phone.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, I will back order for you and record your purchase as a due. I will email you when the book becomes available to confirm your order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Under UK tax law, books are zero-rated for VAT purposes.
Credit Card Security
All credit card details are handled securely by PayPal and MOP. Your details will only be used for the purposes of your transaction and can be stored only at your request for later orders.

Anthony Eyre and MOP do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option. Cookies may also be used for tracking how the website is used, using services such as Google Analytics, to improve the service we offer to customers. You will not be identifiable, the data collected is anonymous.
Returns Policy
In the event that goods arrive damaged money will be refunded on receipt of the damaged goods. No refunds will be made without return of the damaged goods.
